Sladk\u00e9 chuti je u n\u00ed dosa\u017eeno p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm bat\u00e1tov\u00e9ho sirupu, ale tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed fermenta\u010dn\u00edho \u010dinidla. Toto m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek, \u017ee \u0161kroby, kter\u00e9 miso obsahuje, l\u00e9pe zcukernat\u00ed. Shiro miso je jemn\u00e9, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 chuti, kter\u00e1 nejl\u00e9pe vynikne p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b sal\u00e1tov\u00fdch dresink\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b du\u0161en\u00e9 zeleniny. \u00a7 Mugi miso Toto miso m\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u011b hn\u011bdou barvu a vyr\u00e1b\u00ed se ze s\u00f3je a je\u010dmene. Tato varianta pasty je pon\u011bkud slan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. \u00a7 Genmai miso  Je to st\u0159edn\u011b hn\u011bd\u00e9 miso, kter\u00e9 je vyr\u00e1b\u011bno ze s\u00f3je a r\u00fd\u017ee natural. Jedn\u00e1 se o nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pastu, ale rovn\u011b\u017e nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Je zemit\u00e9 a v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 chuti.
